The Church of the Redeemer is a small community of believers who try to live as children of God by praising our Maker and caring for each other.  Our door is open to everyone, curious as well as committed, regardless of color, income, gender, or sexual identity.

We are an Episcopal church in the Diocese of Western North Carolina, and a part of the world-wide Anglican Communion. The Apostles’ Creed is the shortest summary of our teachings.  We honor the Bible, but we are not literalists.  We value our Anglo-Catholic heritage and adapt it to modern culture. We promote intelligent teaching, reverent devotion, and warm fellowship to nourish souls.
